Support from the City of Calgary

Is there any support being offered to Calgarians by the municipal government as a result of COVID-19?

City water, waste and recycling customers will have the option to defer payments of their utility bill for three months, with no penalties or interest.

Outstanding amounts will be divided up so that you can pay it off on the last six bills of 2020. If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and are experiencing hardship please call ENMAX, our contracted billing provider, at 310-2010 to discuss options that are available to you.
